We typically carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance (up to $10,000,000 or more if required). Railroad Protective Liability Insurance is also provided when working on Railroad Right of Way.
We can pay by check, certified check, bank draft, reserve deposit, direct deposit, or any other method you require. We are funded with cash reserves and with major financial institutions. We typically pay based on Certified Scale Weights, and can make advance deposits, if desired. Our bonding capacity exceeds $20,000,000.
